The root of it stems from the brain, the thoughts and desires you have when it comes to eating. It can be, in a sense, another form of addiction; you aren’t used to eating less so your mind tells you that you need more. Through hypnosis, we can work at getting your brain thinking a different way. Do you really need to eat more? Are you actually still hungry?
