Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Chris Welfare and I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner.
Over my many years of practice there are a number of specialist techniques that I have developed to help deal with a range of issues from anxiety, phobias and panic attacks to pain control, weight loss and addictions. These techniques are also useful to help increase self esteem, build confidence and improve presentation skills.
I operate my Hypnotherapy Service from my practice in Brighton, which provides a very quiet, tranquil, relaxing and safe environment to conduct any therapy sessions with plenty of space to accommodate a chaperone if required.
